Kevin W. Massengill is the President and Chairman of Massengill Advisory LLC, a Florida-based family office managing direct investments across precious metals, energy, private equity, and real estate, with a focus on capital preservation and long-cycle value creation.

As Chairman of CRC Capital Advisors LLC, he serves as the U.S. Investment Manager of a Cayman master feeder fund structure. His investment management experience spans private equity, international capital markets, and middle-market M&A, including a directorship at GrowthGate Capital, a Dubai private equity buyout firm, and a managing director role at Silver Leaf Partners, a boutique New York investment bank. He is Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Meraglim Holdings Corporation, which acquires owner-operated lower middle market businesses through the 30-Day Business Annuity Sale and holds them as permanent capital.

Prior to his investment career, Mr. Massengill served as a senior international defense executive at Raytheon Technologies (NYSE: RTX) and Leidos Holdings (NYSE: LDOS), where he held chairman roles for Leidos international operating companies in Australia, Saudi Arabia, and the United Kingdom. He is a retired U.S. Army Airborne Ranger qualified Infantry Officer.

He holds an M.A. in Near Eastern Studies from Princeton University, where he served as a guest seminar lecturer at the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, and a B.A. in Russian Area Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia, where he graduated as a Distinguished Military Graduate, and won the U.S. Army ROTC Top 5% Fellowship Award, and the prestigious George C. Marshall Award. He has completed executive programs at Harvard Law School (Program on Negotiation) and INSEAD (International Directors Program), and held FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
